5 MINUTES MANGO TAME PRIME KONJAC RICE

Ingredients:

  • 1 /2 cup TAME PRIME Konjac rice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk.
  • 3 tablespoons sugar*
  • 1 cup of mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into thin slices

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1/2 cup TAME PRIME Konjac rice, 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk and 3 tablespoons sugar* together.
  2. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 3.30 minutes
  3. Let sit for 1 minute, then serve with mango or avocado

*For keto diet substitute monkfruit sugar and avocado.

Konjac Rice with Stir-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of konjac rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peppers, peas, corn, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions.

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the konjac rice with water to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
